Aviva Health will launch a new plan; Health Plan 03, on 1 December 2012.
Health Plan 03 (€930.20) will provide full cover for a private room in public hospitals and cover for a semi-private room in a private hospital, subject to a €125 excess per private hospital claim. There is a €2,000 co-payment on certain orthopaedic procedures. Health Plan 03 offers up to €35 x 7 on visits such as GP, dentist and physiotherapist visits subject to a €50 excess. This plan also offers a €3,450 maternity accommodation grant.
This plan will be available to all new and renewing customers from 1 December 2012 and can be viewed on our comparison tool on this date.
