Aviva Health will release Health Plan 04 (€3,302.40 per adult) on 1 March 2013. This plan provides cover for a private room in a public hospital, a private room in a private hospital and semi-private room in the Blackrock Clinic, the Mater Private and the Beacon Hospital.
There is a maternity accommodation grant of €3,450. There are also significant outpatient benefits with no excess, such as €65 x 10 visits to a dentist, physiotherapist or alternative practitioner.
This plan is available to all new and renewing customers from 1 March 2013.
